The Variation Database of SCN1A was made public in February 2009. The SCN1A variation database aims at collecting all variations in the voltage-gated sodium channel Nav1.1. Variations are collected from the literature and by direct submission through this website.
The SCN1A-VDB aims at offering the scientific community useful and relevant information on SCN1A variations in a comprehensive manner.
